We're small.
We like it that way.
We don't have open roles right now. But if Tellaflow is the kind of product you'd want to help build, we'd like to hear from you anyway.
No open roles right now
We're not actively hiring. When that changes, we'll post here first. In the meantime, if you've built something in the macOS / CoreML / audio processing space and want to talk, send us a message. We read everything.
Say hello → team@tellaflow.appWhat we look for
When we do hire, these are the things that matter to us. Not a checklist — more like the profile of someone who'd thrive here and not find us frustrating.
Deep craft
We're building something that runs on real hardware with real constraints. We care about performance, correctness, and code that will be readable in three years.
Privacy-first instinct
Not as a marketing checkbox. As a design instinct. The right answer is almost always: don't collect it, don't transmit it, don't store it.
Taste
We want Tellaflow to feel good to use. That requires people who notice the difference between a UI that's technically correct and one that's actually right.
Low ego
We're small. Everyone does everything at some level. The person who ships the feature also triages the issue and helps write the docs.
We're a privacy-first Mac tool. If that's the kind of work that excites you,
we'd like to know you exist.
